Robert asked me yesterday on how to download a youtube video. He showed me his lists of videos for download. I told him that he needs software in order to transfer music or a video to his computer. I then referred him to my friend who is in computer sales and also a technician. Robert called me and tells me that I was correct and was referred to some websites wherein he could purchase softwares online.
